What we believe

A roof replacement is one of the largest purchases a homeowner makes, and it is almost always bought under pressure — a leak, a storm, a sale deadline. Our job is to remove the pressure: honest inspections, written line-item estimates, and a clear answer on whether your roof needs replacement at all.

How we work

• Replacement only. We don't run repair crews, so we have no incentive to string a dying roof along — and no incentive to condemn a healthy one.
• Storm documentation is standard. Every hail or wind inspection produces a claim-ready report whether or not you file.
• Code, not shortcuts. Full tear-offs, deck work priced per sheet in writing, drip edge and ice-and-water shield where code requires them — every time, not when the inspector is watching.
• Warranties in writing. Manufacturer system warranties registered in your name, plus our own workmanship warranty.
